Kids Grow Up Fast

The kids are growing fast!

The caterpillars are easily recognized by their dramatic stripes. They will devour nothing but milkweed before transforming into chrysalises/pupating. The process goes quickly in hot weather and is slowed considerably when it's cool.

Here are some of my favorite moments so far since hatching.
